Vikas Chaudhary Haryana Congress Spokesperson Shot Dead in Faridabad Sec 9
This Thursday was not a regular day for Faridabad as the city is shaken by the death of Haryana Congress Leader Vikas Chaudhary. The Leader was shot dead by some unidentified men in Sector 9 market where Vikas Chaudhary used to come every morning for exercising.
As per the information, Vikas Chaudhary was shot when he reached his gym and got out of his car. 2 men who came in a white SX4 started firing at him and he was shot with 12-15 bullets. He was then rushed to the Sarvodaya Hospital by some shopkeepers where he was declared dead. ASP Jaibeer Rathi confirmed the death of the congress leader. The police also discovered 12 bullet shells from the murder spot.
The CCTV footage of the incident has also been discovered where the attackers can be clearly seen. There were 2 men who shot Vikas Chaudhary on his neck and chest.
It is suspected that the murder of the leader was a pre-planned one. The Police has started searching for the shooters with the evidences obtained from the CCTV footage.
Vikas Chaudhary was associated with INLD a few years ago. But when he did not get the ticket for the Lok Sabha elections, he joined Congress.
