PF Composite Claim Form: Whether you wish to pull back some cash from your fortunate reserve (PF) represent buying a home or you wish to make a PF withdrawal on leaving a vocation, EPFO needs you to fill just one structure. The Composite Claim Form (CCF) can be utilized for halfway or full withdrawal of PF cash and in any event, for pulling back the cash lying in your EPS account. Contingent upon whether you have the Aadhaar number or not, there are two structures – Composite Claim Form ( Aadhaar) and Composite Claim Form (Non-Aadhaar).

INSTRUCTION FOR FILLING THE COMPOSITE CLAIM FORM (AADHAAR)

(The Composite Claim Form (Aadhaar) is applicable in cases where a member’s complete details in Form-11 (New), Aadhar number and bank account details are available on the UAN Portal and UAN has been activated. Such members can submit this form directly to the concerned EPFO office, without attestation of the claim form by the employers.)
