‘Constitution Day’ is celebrated on 26 November every year in the country. Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar is remembered on this day. He has prepared the world’s largest constitution as the Indian Constitution. It is said that it was created after closely examining all the constitutions of the world. It is considered to be the largest constitution in the world, comprising 448 Articles, 12 Schedules, and 94 Amendments. It is a handwritten constitution containing 48 articles. It took 2 years 11 months and 17 days to prepare it.

Implemented with a democratic government system on 26 November 1950

It was adopted on 26 November 1949 on behalf of the Constituent Assembly of India. After this, on 26 November 1950, it was implemented with the democratic government system. This is the reason that 26 November is celebrated as Constitution Day. Let us tell that on 29 August 1947, the committee drafting the Constitution of India was established and Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar was appointed as its president.

It does not use any typing or print.

The committee that drafted the constitution was handwritten and calligraphed in both Hindi and English. No typing or print was used in it. The document was signed by 284 members of the Constituent Assembly on 24 January 1950, then it was implemented two days later. People of India celebrate their history, freedom, freedom, and peace after starting their constitution.

It is reported that there will be programs across the country on the 69th anniversary of the constitution of the country. Celebrating 26 November as Constitution Day, a number of programs will be organized in all government offices and educational institutions for awareness of the Constitution. The UGC itself also ordered all universities in the country to celebrate 26 November as ‘Constitution Day’.
